My Therapeutic Approach
Its important to find a good fit with your therapist. To help achieve this, I focus on providing evidence based treatments that are tailored to your specific needs. I provide a compassionate, safe and confidential therapy environment. We will start by getting a full understanding of the current problems you are having, as well as gaining insight into how your past may have affected how you are feeling now. We will look at your goals for the future so we can work towards bringing you a sense of relief and hope, and the enjoyment from life that you deserve.
Over the course of our sessions together we will use CBT and/or EMDR techniques to help you achieve those goals. Sometimes I might ask you to practice a technique at home, so that you can get the most from your therapy and feel equipped with tools to help you cope with life's challenges. Working together, my aim is that you achieve the goals that are important to you and feel you have a tool kit of techniques you can use for the rest of you life.

I offer online video therapy on Tuesdays 9am-5pm. My fee is £100 per 50 minute session. I offer a limited number of reduced cost sessions.

I am registered with AXA, Aviva, Vitality and WPA Insurance. I am also happy to work with any insurance provider if my fee is paid directly by you and then you re-claim it from your provider.
